The Department for Work and Pensions have introduced a new online service that allows anyone over the age of 18 to access information about their state pension.

You can request a personalised estimate of what you may receive, based on your National Insurance contributions, when you reach the State Pension age.

The service will also identify any gaps and advise if you can add voluntary contributions.
