In June 2016, BACS are making changes to the security of their services. This will coincide with other changes being made to the Payment Services Website and Bacstel-IP due to the new security certificate SHA-2.

From 13 June 2016 BACS will only support TLS 1.1 and 1.2. Support for older connection protocols will be withdrawn. This will provide an additional level of protection when using BACS.
